做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
