做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
