做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
