做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
