做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
