做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
