做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
