做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
