做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
