做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
