做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
