做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
