做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
