做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
