做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
