做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
