做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
