做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
