做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
