做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
