做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
