做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
