做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
