做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
