做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
