做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
