做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
