做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
