做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
