做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
