做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
