做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝(cháng )。 -
