做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
