做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
