做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
