做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
