做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
