做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
