做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
