做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
