做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
