做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
