做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
