做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
