做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
