做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
