做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
