做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
