做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
