做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
